Welcome to Parkend B&B at Rosemary Cottage A small and friendly bed and breakfast nestled in behind the northern fells.
Located in the heart of the Northern Fells, Rosemary Cottage is an attractive barn conversion property that has all the original charm of a cottage with many original features, but modern enough for your complete comfort and satisfaction. Rosemary Cottage is our home and integrates B&B visitors into an informal relaxed atmosphere. We have two very friendly German short-haired pointers who also like to be part of the action and meet our guests. Our friendly, easy going outlook will ensure your stay is both enjoyable and memorable.
The B&B
The accommodation provides two spacious bedrooms with en-suite. Both rooms have king sized beds and have been totally refurbished in a contemporary style. The bedrooms have a radio-alarm with i-pod dock, flat screen TV with DVD player, while Wi-Fi is available through most of the house for those who cannot be separated from the Internet.

Essentials
We offer guests use of the living room, with wood burner in the winter, and the opportunity to browse the library of books including guides and maps to the local area. A complimentary DVD library is available, along with a selection of different board games.
We are both walker and cycle friendly. We have a drying rack available for people to use, and a space for walking boots. We also have space for storing cycles in a secure area.
Please note, we are a NO SMOKING establishment and we are unable to accept pets.
